QLED, Neo QLED, and older Samsung sets all use standard VESA mounts sized to their pattern and weight. We go by the model number on the back of the set, not the name on the box.

Yes. A Frame adds three steps a standard install does not have: truing the Slim Fit bracket flat against the wall, running the One Connect cable through the wall, and setting up art mode before we leave. A regular QLED on open drywall is the quicker visit of the two.
